About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from LEK Electronics via lekelectronics.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Products
All products sold by LEK Electronics are evaluation and breakout boards intended for use by qualified engineers and makers. They are supplied as-is for prototyping and evaluation purposes. Products are not certified for use in safety-critical, medical, or life-support applications.
Product specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Images are representative and may differ slightly from the physical product.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
Australian customers: prices displayed do not include Australian GST. As a small business below the GST registration threshold, no GST is charged on our sales.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Singapore via Singapore Post Registered Air Mail (with tracking) or Speedpost Standard for domestic Singapore orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 1–3 weeks for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
Returns and refunds
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
Australian consumers: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEK Electronics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
